Now you have the rare opportunity to be part of the first-ever planting in Australia of the Sri Maha Bodhi sapling (the same Bodhi tree under which Lord Buddha became enlightened). Preparations for the construction is underway for the outer wall and the Buddha’s Shrine that will host the sapling. ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාවේ ප්‍රථම වරට රෝපණය කෙරෙණු ලබන අති පුජනීය ජය ශ්‍රී මහාබෝධි අංකුරය සදහා බෝධි ප්‍රාකාරය සහ බුදු මැදුර ගොඩනැගීමේ කටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීමට දායක සභාව කටයුතු කරමින් පවතී. බෞද්ධයන් වශයෙන් මෙලොව පරලොව සුගතිය පිණිස හේතුවන මේ අති දුර්ලභ වුත් මහානිසංස වුත් පුණ්‍යකර්මයට ඔබට හැකි පමණ දායකත්වය ලබා දෙන ලෙස සැදැහැ සිතින් ආරාධනා කර සිටිමු.
To commemorate the planting of the first Sri Maha Bodhi sapling in Australia, the Bodhi Dhamma Vihara committee decided to give anyone a rare opportunity to contribute to the treasure box planned to be deposited under the Bodhi sapling. There will be a limited number of copper sheets decorated with Buddhist sutras available for you to reserve by paying a designated donation amount.
The Bodhi Dhamma Vihara committee plans to hold a ceremony to deposit the treasure box at the location where the Sri Maha Bodhi sapling will be planted.Those who contributed will be invited to to this ceremony to deposit their copper sheet in their name inside the treasure box. All the donations collected will be directed to build the vihara premises.
අති උතුම් ජය ශ්‍රී මහා බෝධි අංකුර වහන්සේ රෝපණය වන්නාවූ බෝධි මුලයෙහි ,නිදන් වස්තූන් තැන්පත් කිරීමේ, අති දුර්ලභ භාග්‍යය බැතිමතුන් හට උදා කර දීමට බෝධි ධම්ම විහාර කමිටුව තීරණය කරනු ලැබ තිබෙනවා . ඉතාමත්ම සිමිත ප්‍රමාණයක් වූ විශේෂ වූ ගාථා රත්නයන් සදහන් මෙම තඹ පත්‍රයන් ඔබ නමින්ම , රන් ආලේපිත මංජුසාවක බහා සියවස් ගණනාවක් පුරා පවතින අකාරයෙන් බෝධි මූලයෙහි තැන්පත් වනු ඇත. බෝධි රෝපණ මහෝත්සවයට ප්‍රථම ඉදිරි මාස කිහිපය තුල මෙම නිදන් වස්තු තැන්පත් කිරීමේ කටයුත්ත අති උත්සවාකාරයෙන් පැවැත්වීමට විහාර කමිටුව කටයුතු සූදානම් කරමින් සිටියි.
මේ සඳහා දායකත්වය සපයන සියලු බැතිමතුන් හට මෙම උත්සවයට පෞද්ගලිකවම සහභාගී වීමට ආරාධනා ලැබෙනු ඇත. නිධන් වස්තු වෙන්කරව ගැනීමේදී ආධාර මුදල් කොටස් වශයෙන් , ණයපත් හෝ බැංකු තැන්පතු මගින් ගෙවීමේ පහසුකම් සපයා ඇත . මෙමගින් ඔබ සපයන ඔබගේ සියලු අධාර ජය ශ්‍රී මහා බෝධි ප්‍රාකාර පරිශ්‍රය ගොඩනැගීමේ අරමුදලට බැර කරනු ඇත .
